Wicked Agility is where Wicked Problems and Agility meet. A natural fit in this complex, gnarly, unfocused, and chaotic world.
Wicked Problems are planetary-level challenges that affect us all. Or, at least, a lot of us. They are big… Really, really big. They don’t care about nations, borders, or politics. To “solve” them, or at least minimize their impact, they require all of us to pitch in together. Some examples: climate change, biodiversity loss, poverty, inequality, economic sustainability, pandemics, etc.
A Wicked Problem is tailor made for Agile collaboration, experimentation, and adaptation across our worldwide Agile community.
We want to know: What brought you here? What interests you about Wicked Agility? Tell us below!
We want to hear from you so that we can understand the best way to engage with you in this space.
We also invite and happily encourage the following discussions:
1) Bring us your stories of Agility being used in local or global communities. What was done? How did you help? What did you learn?
2) Ask for help with your wicked problem. What challenge are you seeing in your local community that you wonder what others have done that may help you?
3) Engage with the other community posts to share your knowledge. If you have ideas to share or experiments that may help with others, please comment on the posts shared by others. We all have different perspectives and experiences, so all input is valuable.
4) Volunteer to mentor others with Wicked Problems. Mentors can help by sharing knowledge and practices that worked in their communities.
5) Volunteer to get involved with Wicked Problems. Do you want to get involved and don’t know where to start? Please let us know what you would like to do and share with the community.
